Rules

 We only sell wholesale on our online website!

In order to start cooperation, please register in our system using the registration form. Please enter your company details - be sure to include the Tax Identification Number (NIP). Before executing orders, these data will be verified by us.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  1. All prices given are net prices and do not include VAT.

  2. Each purchase and sale transaction is confirmed by a VAT invoice, which is attached to the shipment.

  3. Orders are accepted 24/7 days a week.

  4. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m

  5. Goods available in stock are shipped within 48 hours from the moment the payment is credited to our bank account or after placing an order with the cash on delivery option.

  6. In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods or any other difficulties in the execution of the order, we will immediately contact you by e-mail or telephone.

  7. The customer pays for the ordered goods after receiving confirmation of the value of the order from the warehouse employee.

  8. The goods are sent by GLS or DPD courier.

  9. The cost of shipping within the country is PLN 30. per package. International shipments are priced individually.

  10. If you choose to pay for the goods upon delivery (so-called cash on delivery), a cash on delivery cost of PLN 5.00 net (PLN 6.15 gross) is added.

  11. Shipping costs are included in VAT invoices.

  12. International shipments are sent at the customer's expense.

  13. The cost of international shipping varies depending on the shipping country and ranges from EUR 15 to EUR 35.

  14. The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg. If the ordered products do not fit into one package and the customer covers the shipping costs, the goods will be packed in separate packages and an additional fee will be charged for each package.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Complaints about shipments received from wholesalers via shipping companies

  1. If the parcel is damaged or there are visible attempts to open it, a damage report must be prepared in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, complaints regarding the quantity or condition of packaging will not be considered.

  2. If the parcel is received without external damage, and after opening it turns out that the goods packed in it are not suitable for sale or the packaging is damaged, a report must be prepared. The report should include the following information:

  • type and quantity of goods

  • type of damage

  • causes of damage

  • consignment note number

 

The report should be sent to our company address by e-mail or post as soon as possible.

  1. Any quantitative, qualitative or value complaints regarding goods received according to previously placed wholesale orders will be considered within 14 days from the date of issuance of the sales document.
    After this date, complaints will not be considered.

Complaints about used goods

​

  1. All complaints covered by the manufacturer's warranty and guarantee will be considered in accordance with the Act of April 23, 1964 "Civil Code", uniform text of September 26, 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380)

  2. Complaints about used goods without properly issued complaint notifications will not be considered.

  3. The goods subject to complaint must be ready for complaint (clean). Otherwise, it will be sent back without considering the complaint.
